- “Always respond to client emails within 4 business hours”
- “External communications must use formal tone”
- “Legal-related threads require manager approval before responding”
Team Repo
The Team Repo is an automatically generated knowledge repository built from your team’s communication:- When a team member explains a complex topic in email or Slack, Outband can distill it into a shareable knowledge article
- New team members can browse the Team Repo to understand institutional knowledge
- Articles are linked to the original conversations for context
Adding to the Team Repo
Knowledge entries are added automatically when Outband detects significant explanations or decisions in team communication. Team members can also manually add entries.Organization Management
