Profile

Settings > Profile
  • Update your name and profile photo
  • View your email address (linked to your account)
  • Manage your notification email preferences

Connected Accounts

Settings > Connected Accounts Manage your email, messaging, and calendar connections. See the Connecting Channels guide for details.

Trust Configuration

Settings > Trust Configuration Set your global trust level and per-contact trust overrides. See the Trust Management guide for details.

Exclusion Controls

Settings > Exclusion Controls Exclude specific contacts, domains, topics, or mail folders from AI processing entirely.

Excluded items still appear in your email client but are invisible to Outband.

Appearance

Settings > Appearance
  • Theme: Choose Light, Dark, or System (follows your operating system preference)
  • Language: Switch between English and Japanese. The change applies immediately to all UI elements.

Notifications

Settings > Notifications Configure how and when Outband notifies you:
  • Email notifications — Summary digests, urgent alerts, weekly reports
  • Browser notifications — Real-time push notifications for urgent items
  • Quiet hours — Set times when notifications are suppressed
  • Notification batching — Group non-urgent notifications into periodic digests

Security & Sessions

Settings > Security & Sessions
  • View active sessions across devices
  • End specific sessions remotely
  • Change your password
  • Enable or disable social login connections

Personal DNA

Settings > Personal DNA Review and refine Outband’s model of your communication style. See the Contact Intelligence guide for details.

Agent Performance

Settings > Agent Performance View statistics on how well Outband’s AI is performing:
  • Draft acceptance rate
  • Categorization accuracy
  • Override frequency
  • Improvement trends over time

Data Export

Settings > Data Export Export your data at any time in open formats:
  • Markdown — Your messages, Contact Models, and canvases in portable markdown
  • CSV — Structured data in spreadsheet format
  • JSON — Machine-readable format for data portability
Outband supports full GDPR data export. Your data is yours — you can export everything with no restrictions, no fees, and no degraded formats.

Billing & Subscription

Settings > Billing & Subscription Manage your subscription plan, payment method, and invoices. See the Billing guide for details.

Friction Preferences

Settings > Friction Preferences Control the “protective friction” in your Outband experience:
  • Draft review gates — How many confirmations before a draft is sent
  • Trust change confirmations — Extra confirmation when increasing trust levels
  • High-sensitivity warnings — Alerts for messages to sensitive contacts

Pipeline Diagnostics

Settings > Pipeline Diagnostics Advanced view of how Outband’s Communication Context Pipeline is processing your data. Useful for troubleshooting if you notice unexpected behavior in your briefing or drafts.
